Job Description
- Develop new business with existing clients.
- Serve as the lead point of contact with the client, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals to share with team members, and possible use in future case studies
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Work on recommending, developing, and implementing direct marketing, ATL & BTL campaigns for the brand.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Help clients through email, phone, presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Delivering presentations, marketing strategies, and plans according to client’s needs.
- Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client's advertisement projects.
- Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client’s requests.
- Acts as the client's representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met
