Job Description
- Maintaining, refining and prioritize the product backlog with SME's and stakeholders.
- Interface directly with the SME's and stakeholders on daily basis.
- Understating, Assessing, Analyzing and validating requirements and requirements change requested by the business, SME's and stakeholders.
- Writing a clear and descriptive user stories with initial sizing.
- Calculate automation cost & FTE benefit and build effort estimates.
- Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
- Work closely with development & testing teams to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
- Running & Attending workshops / demos with client SMEs to understand the end-to-end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.
- Handle and assess requirements change with the SMEs and the stakeholders.
- Communicating and aligning release dates
Job Requirements
- BSC. in Computers & Information, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Pervious experience with chat bots is a preferred.
- Knowledge about information retrieval system.
- Knowledge with search engines
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is a plus
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certificate is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
