Job Description
A collaborative and communicative person who will manage the video production workflow and its time-lines, along with the project’s overall direction and its budget while ensuring the quality and time-lines of our final deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, directing, managing, and instructing videos team members in the advanced aspects of video development, reviewing, and sound editing.
- Ensuring that the produced videos adhere to Chestnut Learning’s guidelines
- Making recommendations as to equipment/software needed
- Quality control, including proofing, reviewing, measuring performance, and project processes
- Developing guidelines and communication plans for the videos team
- Maintaining and managing video equipment and inventory
- Identifying and building relationships with video partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Must have a creative but clean, polished eye for video design and execution
- Experience in managing and coordinating outsourced productions is a plus
- Understanding of all aspects of video production
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation, intelligence, and strong work ethic
- Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and dynamic environment
- Absolute drive to complete projects on time and in a detailed manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Having the ability to understand analytics and reporting to improve performance and further refine video content strategy
