Job Description
A talented marketing professional at the level of Senior Specialist is needed to join our growing team in Egypt.
Her/his main responsibility is to manage and oversee all inbound B2C and outbound B2B marketing and outreach activities to grow and sustain lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, promoting brand-focused informative, interactive and engaging content through various channels and initiatives such as (but not limited to):
- Digital Content Marketing (SEO/SEM & Email Marketing)
- Generate high quality leads through increased web traffic and brand awareness through the marketing of content online.
- Develop, implement, and sustain informative, engaging, relevant, and search-engine-optimized (SEO) bilingual content on our website
- Manage, optimize, and report on Google Ads search-engine marketing (SEM-PPC) campaigns
- Manage and promote ongoing content on Google-My-Business (GMB) accounts.
- Create and manage link building strategies through blog posts, directory listings, and relevant high authority domains.
- Improve the site’s organic Google rankings (SERP), driving local and international traffic with a goal of generating high-quality leads and increasing sales.
- Build and manage B2B outbound email marketing campaigns and email sequences.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
2.Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Design, implement and manage creative social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and other relevant channels) to enhance company social media presence and brand awareness, authority, and customer loyalty
- Develop, implement, and maintain goal-oriented creative and engaging social media posting plans including videos, infographics, and promotional content
- Monitor and analyses content success
- Drive high quality traffic to company page to generate good leads
- Develop creative user-generated content plans and referral/viral campaigns
- Monitor competitive activity on social media and audience interactions.
- Build and engage an online community loyal to the brand
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
- Must have a bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
- Proven experience of 5-10 years managing similar functions.
- Relevant professional and industry certifications are highly valued.
Digital Technologies Skill
The candidate should well-experienced and have evidence of working knowledge in the following platforms:
- Google Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google My Business
- Facebook Business Manager
- Hubspot
- Canva
Interpersonal and Soft Skill
- Bilingually fluent in spoken and written communications.
- Great communicator and public relations builder.

Job Conditions:
