Job Description

  • Observe and supervise OD Section Tasks & Activities.
  • Work with Management Board to identify specific work situations to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and assist in solving them.
  • Create and conduct surveys to determine the organization's areas of improvement and Employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor Performance Management System.
  • Responsible for monitoring and developing a Performance Management System and align it with organizational goals.
  • Create and Develop a Career path for Staff & Technicians.
  • Create and develop Competency Models.
  • Monitor and develop Company KPI's System.
  • Develop ROI (Return on Investment) Plan & Succession Plan.
  • Create and develop Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Program.
  • Coach staff in reaching professional goals.
  • Monitor and Update the Company's Structure.
  • Develop Communication and Motivation Program for staff.
  • Research and analyze data to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address them.
  • Responsible for Learning & Development Cycle in the company
  • Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
  • Supervise and follow up on the Recruitment Process and procedure.

Job Requirements

  • HR diploma (preferable)
  • Experience:  4-6 years in all HR functions.
  • MS office profession is a must.
  • Excellent command of English skills.
  • Well aware of OD activities.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Ability to leadership.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
