Job Description

You will lead the Digital Marketing initiatives for pmaestro and its clients. Understanding what activities increase revenues and building strategies with deep insights into what works and doesn't work for the specific market. This role requires a high level of market understanding and requires a diverse skill set across multiple areas, including marketing analytics, strategic and conceptual thinking, content creation, relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop & maintain relationship with customers through fully understanding their needs and vision .
  • Meeting Clients and 

Strategy formulation 

  • Works cross-functionally to develop digital strategies and programs designed to achieve specific awareness building or lead generation targets to support business viral growth
  • Develop and manage digital strategies (website, Online forums, mobile apps, SEO/SEM, social media and email marketing) as a key part of integrated marketing communications plan, defining and implementing initiatives that align with and advance corporate and commercial Marketing goals and objectives, from awareness building to lead generation to customer engagement
  • Identify and prioritize growth channels and  new initiatives to increase sales through digital channels
  • Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies this includes defining AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)

Strategy execution 

  • Evaluate and recommends digital tools and platforms (e.g. - content management systems, email software) to support digital marketing strategies execution 
  • Develop and support all marketing campaigns including mobile marketing, SEO, SEM, print and online advertising
  • Create and manage the creation of content to support strategies implementation this includes development of engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Analysis and reporting 

  • Analyze site traffic and campaign performance through the use of web analytics (including A/B testing) and conversion
  • Analyze results against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify successful strategies 
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitors data to adjust the strategy 
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Provide monthly dashboard reporting, with strategy recommendations this include measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Management and capacity building   

  • Review and evaluate new trends to keep the company at the forefront of the digital marketing and to enhance our client's experience 
  • Manage your resources efficiently, this includes Budget, suppordinats, freelancers, tools and vendors 
  • Capacity building by recruiting excellent calibers and conduct knowledge sharing
