Job Description
- Deal directly with clients via telephone, electronically and face-to-face.
- Responsible for the delivery of services to clients as per service definitions and performance KPIs.
- Communicate with customers, coworkers, and other departments to facilitate the movement of freight and associated documentation that require special handling.
- Shipment processing in regards to documentation, system entry, coordinating with field operations, and communicating with overseas offices.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with customer services norms and standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
