Job Description

  • Deal directly with clients via telephone, electronically and face-to-face.
  • Responsible for the delivery of services to clients as per service definitions and performance KPIs.
  • Communicate with customers, coworkers, and other departments to facilitate the movement of freight and associated documentation that require special handling.
  • Shipment processing in regards to documentation, system entry, coordinating with field operations, and communicating with overseas offices.

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with customer services norms and standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
