Job Description

  • Build talent sourcing plan for proactive and active pipe lining to deliver to the targeted manpower and succession plans
  • Manage target external parties agreements until final conditions are set and manage university MOUs and institutions protocols delivery 
  • Design and follow through execution plan and target annual campaigns and initiatives for all pipelines needs and programs support
  • Leads the sourcing plan and market analysis needs and budget proposal required for the department’s activities on a monthly quarterly semi annually and annually 
  • Build team of specialized experts in talent markets and best practices of leading sourcing needs 
  • Lead the candidates referral system and call center team and manage the required reporting and analysis necessary to ensure tracking and increase customer and candidate satisfaction and best utilization of the talent pool
  • Lead initiatives and manage responsibility distribution across the team and analyze performance and set team goals and development plans 
  • Lead periodic cooperation and communication with internal parties from central and Geographic teams to ensure the MPP & CP support 
  • Build competitive mapping manuals and sourcing channels matrix 
  • Manage & distribute talent acquisition cycle requirements for central target hires from SLAs to Final selection 
  • Ensure talent pool building and system adoption across the team for all tiers of hire
  • Lead the execution of the agencies engagement and their distributed pipeline requirements 
  • Build business awareness to target channels, talent market opportunities and challenges and trends
  • Build internal talent map and internal hiring practices.
  • Lead the sap system adoption across the team and own the originator role for all job requirements and internal and external postings across the career site and other corporate pages and relevant groups.
  • Drive the on-boarding program update and implementation across the central and geographic teams, content design of the virtual portal and follow up on periodic analysis required to enhance the program.
  • Lead external branding execution plan and build initiatives to better enhance the company employer of choice and NPS.
  • Build subject matter expertise across white collars and blue collars pipe lining capabilities and best solutions to achieve timely targets.
  • Build young professional program branding and pipe lining requirements. 
  • Overcome business challenges of caliber scarcity and sourcing cycle time and urgent ad hoc required support.
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree
  • Experience in building programs and driving campaigns and structuring external branding initiatives 
  • Ability to build business analysis, reports and presentations on all aspects and programs managed 
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in similar fields, including min. 3 years in managing a work group
  • Experience in managing the full talent acquisition cycle from the need to contracting customers, candidates and counter parts 
  • Experience with service level agreements and building centers of expertise to industrial – commercial and healthcare pipelines 
  • Strong market awareness and track record of pipe lining and placing experiences for all tiers of employment .
  • Experience with SAP applicant management systems, and efficiency in managing tasks through information systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and working with Office, Visio and SAP is preferred.
  • English language proficiency.
