Job description:

  • You will be working with sales representatives on the team to engage with prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demos of products and address technical questions that arise throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling G Suite for new customers and upselling to the existing ones.
  • Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the prospect’s needs and expectations.
  • Engage directly with customers on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior service.
  • Provide hands-on training & workshops and communicating technical solutions.
  • Play a vital role in pipeline growth through generation of Qualified Sales Opportunities.
  • Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communicator who has experience presenting to different audiences.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Sales Process is a plus.
  • Experience using G Suite and Salesforce CRM are preferable.
  • Persistent, able to overcome obstacles and desire to continuously improve skills.
  • You should posses excellent sales, communication and organizational skills.
