Job Description
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects & its facilities.
- Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
- Preparing client invoices & variation orders.
- Interact with the Material Engineer regarding the material submittal and specifications.
- Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
- Reviews & issues letters and deals with consultant & its feedback for claims, variations.
- Prepare requests information for Weekly progress report.
- Work coordination with head office, other departments, local consultant, subcontractors & the clients including documentation.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Resources allocation on the master program.
- Identify project cost and time overrun risk to prepare a recovery plan.
- Supervising the preparation of As-built drawings.
- Preparing Page 2 project close out documents.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise… through Reviewing the tender DWGs & coordinate with all departments & Consultant.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- BSc Architecture/Civil Engineering
- Experience from 5 to 8 years experience
- Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD
- Ability to work under pressure
- Leadership skills
- Problem solver
