Job Description

Job Summary

  • Reaches out to the market and cultivates the customers' interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth through innovative marketing strategies, acquiring new customers and selling additional services to existing ones. Plans & implements the required marketing, sales & CRM activities accordingly.

Typical work activities

  • Receives strategic guidance from GM and coordinates with Graphic Designer
  • Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate market trends, brand awareness, competition, customer trends and preferences
  • Predicts new products through intelligent analysis of current trends and competition awareness
  • Collaborates with GM & Finance to propose marketing and sales tactics for individual services and accordingly support effective expenditure (e.g. number of freelancers needed per event)
  • Collaborates with GM & Finance to propose, approve then implement directed and effective promotional sales tactics (when to discount, how to price, etc)
  • Initiates and controls surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Conceives and develops efficient and intuitive marketing strategies reflected through the annual marketing plan
  • Maintains relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitors progress of campaigns using various metrics and submits monthly reports of performance
  • Researches organisations and individuals utilizing all available tools to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacts potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Develops realistic sales goals reflected through the annual sales strategy and ensures they are met
  • Produce monthly sales calls and materialization management reports
  • Introduces intuitive and effective CRM tactics based on awareness of client portfolios
  • Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events to remain constantly updated
  • Attends, supports & takes part in JET events as is necessary
  • Reporting to GM

Job Requirements

Candidate must have:

  • Good working experience in Service Industry marketing & sales, and budgeting for them
  • Good understanding of forecasting methodology, market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Experience with customer relationship management strategies and techniques
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • In-depth knowledge of our market and its current trends
  • In-depth knowledge of current economic trends and conditions
  • Excellent communication and people skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and commercial awareness
  • C persuasiveness, decision making skills and stress tolerance
  • Minimum Education: BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years Business Development experience
