Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving/issuing and revising all new membership documents presented by the Business Development Department and Independent Associates
- Prompt follow up with member & principal
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing system
- Receiving and acting upon all member’s correspondence and requests
- Answering any queries from members & principal
- Coordinating with Business Development Department and Independent Associates on membership issues
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service/Servicing industry.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Punctual, organized & accurate.
- Team player.
- Age from 23 till 25 years old.
