Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating complex key contracts, employment contract
- Legal risk management
- Guidance and support to business units and stakeholders across the Company on all aspects of laws and regulations relating to BPO industry
- Ensure support available for all other legal matters impacting the Company, including disputes management, Labour courts etc), government investigations, and employment matters.
- Ensure all compliance of company covering all aspect of law,
- Proactive advice, working with company general counsel
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor of Law/company secretary
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience, experienced in Employment law, compliance exposure
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Good judgment enabling the provision of sound advice in difficult areas of law, regulation and practice and the proactive management of legal risk
- Exemplary conduct, integrity, ethics, independence and resilience
