Job Description
- Creating designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments or building and/or interiors.
- Using their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and most importantly aesthetically pleasing.
- All while presenting their work though the differently available technology tools.
- He or she will stay involved throughout the construction process, adapting their plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or arising needs.
- As such, they operate as part of an overall project design team, working closely with a range of construction professionals.
Job Requirements
Job Title: Architects (Job Ref: ARENG)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specilization in Architecture or Construction.
- 2-3 years experience
- Proficiency in, AutoCAD 2d and 3d, 3dmax, vray, Photoshop, Microsoft office
- Architecture and interior design
- High 3d rendering capabilities ( proved by portfolio)
- Developing concept designs to architectural working drawings
- Visit construction sites and evaluate working progress
