Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible for artistically creating, implementing and maintaining a consistent and unique company visual language which represents the company's true values, ideals, words, images, spirit, knowledge, experience, passion & services.
Typical work activities
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for JET activity illustrations, JET website evolution, JET client presentations and event theming and setup requirements
- Working directly with the GM & R & BDM to translate ideas and concepts into final design outcome
- Policing and constantly maintaining JET brand image and corporate identity
- Becoming the company creative specialist and major brainstorming collaborator
- Partnering with JET clients to maintain their brand standards & requirements during our events & activities
- Determining of project time-lines & budget requirements
- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Testing & evaluating new design & creative technologies to support themselves & the company and team evolution and development
- Reporting to: General Manager
Job Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in:
- Highly proficient in all design aspects
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
- Professionalism regarding time, costs, deadlines & general client and team interactions & communications
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum Education: Bachelor in related field
- Experience: 3 – 5 years working designer experience
