Job Description

  • Assists with defining a fair compensation and benefits package that fits all company employees and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Develop and maintain a consistent compensation policy in line with work objectives
  • Manage Compliance and deliver Reports.
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
  • Participates in Preparing Salary structure system and Job Grading system
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine salary ranges, pay rates and benefits
  • Conduct ongoing researches for newest Benefits ideas and implementing them.
  • Assist in managing payroll and personnel systems
  • Communicating and coordinating with all Benefits providers and Vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Working experience of 1 - 2 years in compensation and benefits
  • Previous experience with Egyptian Labor Law & regulations.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits plans
  • Extensive knowledge MS Office specially Excel.
  • BS degree from a related university
  • Very Good English Language skills
