Job Description
- Assists with defining a fair compensation and benefits package that fits all company employees and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
- Develop and maintain a consistent compensation policy in line with work objectives
- Manage Compliance and deliver Reports.
- Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
- Participates in Preparing Salary structure system and Job Grading system
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine salary ranges, pay rates and benefits
- Conduct ongoing researches for newest Benefits ideas and implementing them.
- Assist in managing payroll and personnel systems
- Communicating and coordinating with all Benefits providers and Vendors.
Job Requirements
- Working experience of 1 - 2 years in compensation and benefits
- Previous experience with Egyptian Labor Law & regulations.
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits plans
- Extensive knowledge MS Office specially Excel.
- BS degree from a related university
- Very Good English Language skills
