Job Description
Project initiation & cost estimate:
- Sharing in the SOW preparation and address the customer SOW
- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer
Distribution & Planning:
- Check the customer's input/ requested data versus SE database
- Distribute the customer's input along the charged team
- Address new data attributes requested with the charged teams
- Propose schedules
- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer
Monitor project activities:
- Monitor the project schedule, negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
- Review the risk register, detailed weekly progress reports of Team Principals.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, record details of actions taken, managing customers' Part list
- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer
Resolve customer feedbacks and new requests and self-development:
- Keeping customer satisfaction by solving customers problems
- Follow with the charged team to recover the customers' problems
- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience inside the company.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Has time management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
