Job Description
- Responsible for staying close to the customer and helping them in managing their properties
- Responsible for finding and attracting new property owners to the company (the company will provide the sales leads)
- Responsible for accurately acquiring all property information and posting them on our website.
- Responsible for making sure the client provides HD pictures for the property to post on the website.
- Responsible for assisting the property owners from A-Z to complete a sales or rental transaction.
- Responsible for making sure that we are our client's number 1 preferred method of making real estate transactions.
- Responsible for staying close to the customer and having continuous updates on the status of the properties he is managing.
- Responsible for responding to customer requests immediately.
- Young Tech savvy applicants with demonstrated experience are encouraged
Job Requirements
- Must have a successful track record of at least 2-4 years in sales.
- Experience in Real Estate will take priority over other candidates
- Medium to Advanced English is required
- Strong negotiation skills is a must
- Must own the job and be able to work independently
- Must be quick in responding to requests and always available for clients
- Must be creative in terms of solving problems
- Must be flexible in terms of job requirements.
