Job Description
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintaining sales staff job results by counseling and coaching employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science school, MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years’ sales experience in the healthcare segment in Egypt.
- Worked in the healthcare field with proven track record in building KOLs and segmentation and targeting.
- Successfully managed Medical Sales teams with experience in sales coverage models and quota setting.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
