Job Description
- Following up on the execution of the developed purchasing plans, reporting any issues that may rise and recommending solutions and modifications accordingly.
- Regularly researching for new and potential suppliers in order to get new better offers and recommending on them.
- Continuously communicating with Warehouse/Supply Chain function to obtain and /or update information regarding raw materials, packaging materials and administrative supplier in order to maintain the required inventory levels of each item.
- Plan replenishment across the Distribution Center network (DRP) by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans.
- Calls for quotations and inquire into prices from various suppliers.
- Follows up and ensures that goods are delivered in accordance with the purchase order and without any delay.
- Participate in supply chain performance & submits analysis reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy,Science or high graduation with experience in purchasing and Supply chain.
- Experiences with materials planning systems and/or network design tools (SAP) is added value.
- Gender: Males Only
- Should have experience in pharmaceuticals 4-7 years
- Fluent in English
- Detail-Oriented and very organized
- Excellent computer and internet research skills.
