Job Description
- Responsible for multiple accounts
- Build and manage social media account profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Create shareable content for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Develop and post content that will enhance the account visibility in a manner that is consistent with business development goals
- Ensure consistency of postings/communications across social media channels and integrate with the account websites and blogs.
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through social channels.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Analyze metrics, providing progress reports and suggesting new optimizations, promotions and initiatives for social reach to key stakeholders
- Research and identify digital trends and make recommendations for greater engagement.
- Assume additional CRM responsibilities as requested.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent English language
- Previous experience in in a social media will be an asset
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major social media channels is a plus
- Experience in social media and community management will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Basic graphic design skills (using Adobe Photoshop)
