Two years full time project working with different candidates:
Career guidance and planning with clients : This will involve a series of meetings with clients using career guidance techniques and carrying out an assessment to determine; the clients skills and abilities, suitable employment, There will also be a requirement to support clients with developing a current CV, and support with any concerns regarding their social welfare status Job sourcing – Linking with employers to market the client and their abilities to find employment in the area identified at the guidance and planning stage.
Assisting in submitting job applications and developing a network of employers, and marketing of the clients work skills and employ-ability readiness. Carrying out mock interviews and carrying out research on companies to adequately prepare client for interviews Supporting clients in employment –
Job Requirements
- Ability to show sensitivity towards job seekers needs, and empower them to succeed in the workplace
- Ability to be innovative and resourceful
- CV writing and interviewing skills
- Ability to use independent judgement and to manage and impart confidential information.
- Ability to handle unexpected crises that may arise unexpectedly
- Experience of using recruitment and employment principles, methods, techniques and resources Knowledge of Employment Legislation
- Excellent IT skills to include ability to use Microsoft Office,
- Social Media use professional.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is an essential requirement of this post
