Job Description

  • Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or e-mail providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s services
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Applying new procedures, policies and standards for your organization to enhance process effectiveness.
  • Initiate customer activities reports & keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Very good English language
  • Excellent interpersonal , listening skills & communication skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Strong detail orientation ,analytical abilities & stress tolerance.
  • Have good communication and coordination ability.
  • Good temperament.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Worked before in mobile service center.
