Job Description
- Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or e-mail providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s services
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Applying new procedures, policies and standards for your organization to enhance process effectiveness.
- Initiate customer activities reports & keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
