Job Description

Theory of Change (TOC) development

  • Consistently aligning new and old, internal and external modules with Educate Me theory of change
  • Adding assumptions and needed indicators to the TOC
  • Validating and developing indicators of theory of change
  • Clarifying interventions of theory of change
  • Building needed tools for assessments and measurements (instruments)
  • Building Conceptual Framework for school transformation Model product
  • Developing Incentive system of the school transformation model product
  • Validating the competency framework for teachers

Accreditation of Educate Me Modules

  • Understanding Educate Me training modules and aligning them in correspondence to Professional Academy for teacher’s accreditation needs and standards
  • Filling the gaps that guarantees Educate Me programs Accreditation from Professional academy for Teachers (PAT)
  • Follow up on the process of accreditation and ensures it happened on agreed time

Product Development

  • Standardize current products and ensure the documentation of the basic documents; trainer manual, trainee manual, embedded learning interventions, TOT manual, necessary training tools and materials, assessments documents, tools and needs
  • Designing new Products based on Theory of change and Sales plan along with the complete training documents trainer manual, trainee manual, embedded learning interventions, TOT manual, necessary training tools and materials, assessments documents tools and needs

Design Team Management and Capacity building

  • Leading, coaching, supervising and managing designer’s teams with needed interventions through, follow ups, development tracks, tasks assigning, performance management and mentoring
  • Assigning tasks as per sales needs for product adjustment and customizing
  • Assigning tasks for new product development projects/initiatives
  • Building team’s capacity to deliver TOTs when needed
  • Reviewing and providing technical support on team deliverables
  • Assists in deciding Manpower planning and team qualifications and requirements

Pre-delivery Planning and Preparation

  • Delivering TOT of Educate Me Products to Specialists and designers
  • Being prepared for delivery when needed

Educate Me Internal Training

  • Providing Technical Support to Internal trainer for interventions in Educate Me School
  • Managing the creation of School and PS facilitators needs assessment
  • Managing the action plan and delivery of internal trainer tasks

Monitoring and Evaluation of Training Products

  • Working on the creation of monitoring and evaluation system with M&E specialist considering Theory of Change
  • Setting tools and measurements based on instruments in the theory of change
  • Offering technical support to M&E specialist
  • Scheduling field observation for (internal and external) trainings across M&E plan

Job Requirements

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s holder with a Master’s in Education is a must, A PHD in Education is a plus. Thesis Focus could be in Social Sciences Major or a related field to Education
  • Certificates and/or diplomas in designing teacher’s development tracks is a must

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Must know how to create TOTs
  • Must have acquired certificate in designing training

Skills:

  • Very high ability in designing content for training and its requirements
  • Very high ability in building capacities
  • Very high Leadership skills
  • Very high documentation skills
  • Hard worker- High ability to work under stress- Flexible- Highly organized- Very quick learner- Very creative

Competencies:

  • Highly familiar and understands the concepts, system and context of educational and teachers training models and methodologies

  • Being up to date with recent educational practices and theories
  • Visionary with ability to execute and lead teams

Experience:

  • Must have delivered TOTs
  • Must have designed trainings
  • Managed a team with educational technical background
  • Preferably had worked with Professional Academy for Teachers (PAT)
