Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the different MEP systems such a HVAC, Fire Alarm, light current systems.
- Following up the different maintenance contracts of MEP companies to ensure the duties , performance and regularity are done to the highest level possible.
- Writing regular reports to clarify the status of each system.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Three years minimum experience in operating and maintaining the MEP systems.
- Good experience in the BMS system.
- Autocad & Microsoft Office
- Good in English language ( speaking and writing )

- Commitment in different duties and responsibilities.
- The ability of development and taking decisions.
- Ability to work in a teamwork and good harmony with a team staff.
