Job Description

  • Supports the implementation and ensures compliance to the company’s integrated system of procedures and standards
  • Works to improve to the company’s integrated system of standards and procedures
  • Supports the Quality Manager in developing and implementing quality management system according to ISO 9001 standards
  • Guarantees the implementation of internal audits
  • Supervises the correct optimization of the quality plan for new and existing products
  • As a support to the Quality Manager, proposes relevant changes to continuously improve processes, methods and practices in accordance with client’s standards and internal quality standards
  • Prepares quality reports collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends regarding quality
  • Supports the Quality Manager in the coordination of internal resources to identify and resolve non conformities, acting as the process leader and suggesting the adoption of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper communication with the client
  • Ensures incoming material quality, verifying technical documentation and ensures that all data about NC are constantly updated, trustable and available
  • Guarantees the execution of the training related to quality standards for Quality and Plant staff
  • Provides support in the industrialization of new products and the implementation of processes or materials, supervising process performance
  • Guarantees the execution of activities in the Regulatory field
  • Supports the Quality Manager in managing the Quality team and its priorities
  • Supports the Quality Manager in implementing local country requirements for the certification and validation of the laboratory equipment

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysis
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards
  • Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of English 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Quality department of an ISO certified manufacturing company preferably in the FMCG sectorr
