Job Description
- Supports business design activities related to Siebel CRM application software, data and solutions.
- Analyzes requirements and develops high-level and detailed business process designs to the elementary business process (EBP) level, derived logical process (DLP) level and Operational Level Process (OLP) level.
- Works in client-facing roles to contribute towards Siebel technology solutions.
- Develops designs to support the functionality and documented protocols as specified in the solution architecture and developer stories.
- Designs, develops, reviews and maintains the user system interface (USI) for business applications.
- Designs, develops, reviews and maintains Integration of Siebel CRM with Reporting and Analytics System (OBIEE).
Job Requirements
- Should be comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Provide post production support
- Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts
- Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
- Familiarity with SQL
- Familiarity with version control concepts
- Exposure to web development using HTML5 and JavaScript
- Knowledge of client/server application development
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of unit testing theory
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- 0 to 1 year of progressive professional experience in Siebel CRM design and development
- 0 to 1 year thorough functional knowledge/experience of Siebel 8.x Application
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
