Job Description
- The Backend Developer will be working throughout the product life cycle in design, development, testing and deployment.
- He/She will be working closely with skilled Frontend Developers and Web Designers to integrate UI elements into the server side and creating APIs for mobile applications helping bring creative ideas to the market.
- Development will be mainly done in PHP, Laravel and Node.js.
Job Requirements
- A degree in computer science or equivalent
Must Have:
- Knowledge of one or more languages: PHP, Java, Python, Ruby or similar.
- Knowledge of JavaScript with experience in Backbone, Angular or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS, Web APIs (RESTFUL APIs)
- Knowledge of in MySQL and PostgreSQL Databases.
- Knowledge of AWS Services.
- Good experience with shared code and use of source control platforms (Preferred GIT).
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes.
- Passion for web technologies and a desire to remain up to date with the latest technologies.
Preferable
- Prior experience with Elastic Search Redis, MongoDb, and automated testing.
- Familiar with Laravel Framework
- Familiar with with Web services for mobile Apps.
- Familiar with working on high-traffic, responsive websites and applications.
- Familiar with Big Data Concepts and Dynamic Reports Generating Tools.
