Job Description
- Follow-up training program for employees.
- Create and design of multimedia presentations.
- Training staff with high efficiency.
- Evaluate the employees after training to verify their effectiveness.
- Prepare certificates for employees and delivery to them.
- Make sure to provide all the requirements of the training process.
- Supervision and evaluation of trainees.
- Recording notes on the trainees.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate
- 1 - 3 Years of training experience (classroom training, OJT, content development) Preferred candidates with retail experience
- Excellent command of English language
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Willing to travel domestically
- Males preferred (or females willing to travel domestically)
