Job Description
- Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
- Evaluate existing database and recommend improvements for performance efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports.
- Participate with other specialists to convert legacy reports (primarily Crystal Reports) to SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
Job Requirements
- Experience Level: Minimum 1-3 year of development experience
- Experience in the field of Software Design, Development and Implementation with Proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL.
- Experience in writing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views and Database Triggers using Microsoft T-SQL
- Microsoft BI Stack: SSRS, SSIS is an asset.
- Experience in C# and VB.Net is a great asset.
