Job Description
- Oversee the company’s online sales and presence.
- Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attract customers by encouraging online sales
- Oversee web design, applications and software creation, installation and/or development activities.
- Responsible for all online activities; this includes organizing promotions, making advertising & signing contracts.
- Responsible for preparing, implementing and executing the E-Commerce business plan with goals, strategies and budget.
- Communicate projects ROI, pre & post implementation and providing analytical studies and/ or reports.
- Improve search engine rankings by proven techniques such as search engine optimization.
- Augment conversion ratio for the various transactional channels/ sites.
- Create business-mix share from direct & indirect online channels.
- Develop strong commercial propositions and campaigns and market these through the appropriate websites and other owned media.
- Support the wider sales &marketing team and other areas of the business when required.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
- Fluent in English
- Proven SEO experience in hospitality industry .
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web-Trends)
- Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
