Job Description
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis,
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct soft skill programs/ managerial program when required
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions where required and check feedback for the same, giving solutions for various issues as required in conjunction with different departments
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and periodically and report on them.
- Incentive programs
- Creating training programs
- Periodically evaluation for the stuff
- Setup oral and written tests
- Appraisals
- Follow up for quality and operational procedures
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in food business
- Less than 40 years
- Car owner
- Well educated
- Good in English
- Very good in excel and word
