Job Requirements
- The most important factor in deciding the fitness for the role is previous experience in transforming a large business (1,000+ employees) with a turn over more than 10 million US$ per year using state of the art technology in such a way that boosted efficiency / productivity / performance / revenue / profit in one or more of the divisions of Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance ...etc.
- You must have a track record - a great story- about how you inspired and led the change that led to a great boost in improving the business of your current or previous employer through adopting technology in the optimum possible way
- The following deciding criteria would your personal profile, this role requires a certain capacity to inspire change and lead large teams, sometimes C-level executives through high-impact changes across the organization
