Job Description
- Manage helpdesk requests and ensure all requests are completed properly
- Monitor the processing of escalated requests.
- Maximize the quality of service by ensuring effective problem solving.
- Manage/supervise the IT equipment, firewalls, Network and backup systems.
- Maintenance of IT equipment.
- Configure the users' machines as per NOMAC standards
- Monitor and follow up with the solution providers’ tasks and ensure time is effective upon delivery
- Work with the solution providers during the implementations of IT Infrastructure
- Ensure all security functions in IT operations are configured and applied to IT assets as per the guidance and directions from NOMAC IT.
- Install all required software and operating systems to all users.
- Manage all patches to be configured and applied to all IT assets.
- Ensure latest patches are applied to all network devices.
- Next business day on site support.
Job Requirements
- Holding CCNA or MCSE is preferred
