Job Description
- Receiving the production plan and working closely with the production engineers.
- Responsible of all the production process inputs, and inspect of the raw materials.
- Supervise the machines works before the production process, follow up the machines and stop it if he noticed any maintenance needs or errors in the production.
- Supervise and help the technicians to avoid the errors.
- Responsible of the HSE and guiding the workers to apply all its procedures.
- Record all the machines data to write effective reports.
- Appraise the workers and the technicians who are working under his supervision.
- Manage the workers’ leaves to guarantee the production will not be affected.
- Supervise the entire production hall and reduce the production waste.
