For an International Company based in Cairo " AlTahrir" A recruiter coordinator is needed.
Job description
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, working with administrative assistants, and hosting candidates when they come on-site
- Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assist/coordinate any other candidate needs
- Assist with finding ways to improve and optimize scheduling process by partaking in RC special projects
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Team and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Help coordinate and attend recruiting and networking events when needed
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree
- Experience 0-2 years of working experience and affinity with HR/Recruitment
- Fluent English.
- Hard worker.
- Charismatic character.
