Job Description
- Oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
- This includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response.
- In line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience, manages press relations and speaking engagements. Website and social media participation are essential for Katameya Real estate marketing position.
- Will be working closely with CEO and Agents to ensure promotional needs are all covered.
- Will ensure clients are being properly communicated and addressed with all tools offered by Katameya Real Estate.
- Main Objective: Assembling and creating individual ads, campaigns and identifying individual opportunities that promote our company listings.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- High competence in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to think strategically and execute practical solutions as well as accomplish day-to-day needs
- High level of self-motivation and initiative, in addition to high level of enthusiasm and positivity
- Ability to perform within a team environment and to lead and mentor others
- Strong presentation skills and high attention to detail, ensuring production of consistent, quality presentations, brochures and communications
