Job Description
- Diagnosing defected machines and identifying the correct parts needed to be replaced.
- Placing warranty claims on the system & follow up until receiving parts.
- Replacing the defected parts and make sure the machine is working properly before delivering to customer.
- Updating reports on daily basis.
- Working on achieving monthly target and presenting a monthly report with the achieved revenues.
Job Requirements
- BSc of computer science or high institutes.
- 2+ years experience in troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing IT hardware equipment (Desktop & Laptops).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A+ or Server+ certified is preferred.
- Presentable, committed, hard worker and punctual.
- Residence of Heliopolis, Nasr City or surrounding areas preferred.
