Job Description

  • Answer phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
  • Communicating with schools regarding ongoing activities
  • Communicating with parents their students’ performance and obtaining regular feedback
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Attend outdoor events
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update website
  • Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
