Job Description
- Own the service delivery of all IT infrastructure, including Network, System & Voice
- Achieve IT unit targets and KPIs of remarkable service delivery
- Own the up-time, backup and disaster recovery of all IT infrastructure
- Manage a team of 15-20 IT staff of various levels: Supervisors, Seniors & Juniors
- Manage IT hardware stock, subscriptions, licenses, repairs & other service contracts with external vendors & suppliers from the moment of demand planning till the service contracts and all through proper implementation & delivery
- Negotiate contracts & pricing with external vendors and suppliers
- Assist the Finance & Procurement in writing the technical specs for the needed hardware that will be procured
Job Requirements
- MUST have experience in IT infrastructure that supports at least 500 users
- MUST have some experience with Cloud Computing, Virtualization, VoIP, IaaS, PaaS
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure in general
- Proven track record with a large company in managing IT infrastructure
- Ability to lead a team of 15-20 IT staff of various levels: Supervisors, Seniors & Juniors
- Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers
- Technical proficiency in understanding complicated technical setup of large and distributed infrastructure that includes network, system and voice platforms all connected together
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CCIE and MCSE are highly preferred
- Experience with open source technologies is preferred but not necessary
