Job Description
- Develop and lead/own the execution of the Enterprise sales strategy across all products and territories
- Support & Manage Sales Managers & their teams to achieve their monthly/annual sales quota/targets per product line and territory
- Collaborate with other peers and teams in Marketing, Pre-sales, Product & Engineering Management to achieve company-wide objectives
- Maintain long term relationships with Clients through remarkably professional Account Management practices
Job Requirements
- Experience with both MNC and Government sales cycles and specific account management culture in both sectors
- Proven track record in achieving targets in terms of revenue and profit
- 5+ years of experience in managing large sales teams of 25 heads in the entire sales organization levels (managers, supervisors, seniors & juniors)
- Well versed with managing relations with C-Level executives & great business acumen
- Technically fit with deep dive technical knowledge in at least two of the following fields; ERP, CRM, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Virtualization Cloud Computing & Data Centers
