Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware on site or over phone.
- Train and support operation staff on new features related to IT hardware and software (price labels design printing daily price updates).
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in and to use their daily functions).
- Respond to email messages for employees seeking help.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
- Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, replacing parts as required.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Gain feedback from employees about computer usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- A university degree with appropriate specialization ( computer science or information systems).
Languages:
