Job Description
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, desktops, Laptops, printers and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or incoming queries related to laptops, Desktop, Network switches, Wireless access points, Printers.
- Build and maintain an updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
- Manage daily operations of the IT department & Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve Service Quality.
- Perform LAN administration functions: monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems.
- Support and Maintenance security system (DVR, CCTV camera, and time attendance).
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.).
- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
- 2-3 years of IT Technical Support hands-on experience
- Good MCSA knowledge, Certification is preferred
- Good CCNA Knowledge, Certification is preferred
- Good ITIL knowledge or Certification is preferred.
- Good communication skills
- Flexible with working hours
