Job Description
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in appointments, meetings, keeping minutes, etc
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Provide any required secretarial or admin support.
