Job Description
- Manage 3S Software network and servers
- Manage indoor and outdoor system installation and applications deployments
- Provide business application support to customers on site as required
- Provide training to customers as required
- Take ownership of technical issues, and work with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Document troubleshooting producers and problem resolution steps
- Participate in documentation activities (System and User Guides …etc.)
- Coordinate with Dev, QC and QA departments to review outputs' configuration for production.
- Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
- Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering and customer support departments
Working Hours :
- 5 days/week ( Friday and Saturday are off )
- From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2012 R2
- Basic IT Management Skills ( Windows, Network, Internet )
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016
- Basic Database Knowledge (is plus)
- Troubleshooting Skills
