System Administrator

• Manage 3S Software network and servers
• Manage indoor and outdoor system installation and applications deployments
• Provide business application support to customers on site as required
• Provide training to customers as required
• Take ownership of technical issues, and work with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Document troubleshooting producers and problem resolution steps
• Participate in documentation activities (System and User Guides …etc.)
• Coordinate with Dev, QC and QA departments to review outputs' configuration for production.
• Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
• Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering and customer support departments

Working Hours :

• 5 days/week ( Friday and Saturday are off )
• From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
