Mission Consulting Company is a fully integrated HR Services provider , outsourcing, Recruitment , Software & Consulting in Egypt & ME

  • The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of the relationships between the company and designed clients.
  • Focus on achieving business target through growing existing business and developing new business opportunities.
  • Monitor business results of existing clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with decision makers and senior management of designed clients, partner companies.
  • Represent the company to the clients by providing a point of contact to them, with high quality support on the company's products , systems, and policies.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients..
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in sales & Marketing
  • Very Good in English
  • Very Good communication, Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Has strong work spirit
