Job Description
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, Issued for construction drawings,Design Criteria, BOQ, Specs, etc.).
- Preparing (Cash flow , Claims ,variation orders, Cost Analysis ,Performance Measurement,Client Invoices , Executive invoice…etc.)
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings& its facilities.
- Preparing technical and material submittals (Method Statement,Letters, RFIs, JSs, NCRs, Damage Report,etc.).
- Attending progress & technical meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals.
- Reviewing (Subcontractors Invoices, Q.S. &Performance reports)
- Studying and evaluation projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing mega\multi projects
- Experience in real estate is a must
- Experience as a TO manager in (Head Office) at least 5 years
- Experience in managing all TO functions
- Experience in (civil, arch., mechanical, electrical, infrastructure, ... works
- Experience in related technical programs
- Post graduate studies\master is preferred
