Job Description
- Visiting customers to install the printers and photocopiers.
- Responsible for adapting the network of the products.
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work/requests from customers and responding to equipment faults.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdown problems.
- Fitting new spare parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
- Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Job Requirements
Maintenance Engineer is required with the following requirements:
- B.S degree in Electric, Electronic, Mechanical Engineers or related technical field.
- 3-5 years of Experience repairing / servicing Photocopiers with strong network skills.
- Knowledge of Printers and Photocopiers' software is a pig plus.
- Good command of English
- Good user of MS Office.
- Experience with efficient service for any maintenance, installation, break fix on a variety of printer devices.
- Hard worker
- Ambitious.
