Job Description
- Evaluate operations tasks performance periodically.
- Evaluate Division personnel performance.
- Taking corrective actions if necessary.
- Manage shipments tracking and stock levels using computer software
- Follow up on forecasts preparing and inventories for reports to the company's management team
- Follow-up and manage all insurance policies renewable, update and other related tasks
- Manage initiated requests to finance department for L/Cs
- Manage tracking and process orders and supplies.
- Follow-up on coordination with freight forwarders.
- Ensure that logistical needs are identified and carry out the necessary actions to ensure that these are met in a time effective manners & cost.
- Follow-up on contacts originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Train and manage a team of supply chain staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce, Business administration, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, or any relevant.
- 3-year supervision experience.
- Tools & Programs: SAP.
- Preferred experience in supply chain, in a multinational work environment, preferably in the medical field.
- Leading, coaching and managing a team.
- Sound understanding of Ministry of Health, Ministry of Economics, Customs and other related authorities' procedures and regulations.
- Strong bonds with key personnel in relevant areas.
- Full understanding of procedures concerning logistic and material processes.
- Understanding of stock control requirements.
- Good computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Mastering professional business correspondences.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Maximum age is 44.
