Job Description
- Ensure safety rules & regulations are being implemented and safe procedures are being carried out by maintenance team in his area.
- Plan all spare parts, Lubricants, manpower and external repairs necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance activities to be available for job execution and prepare the daily program for maintenance works according to the budget which will consequently lead to the consistent operation of equipment and reduce the number of maintenance stoppages to increase the operation availability.
- Study and implement improvements and modifications to equipment in his area
- Coordinate with maintenance planners and maintenance engineers to prepare the monthly budget for his area (spare parts, hired manpower and services), and follow-up the actual costs charged to his area to avoid any deviations
- Perform inspection to the materials received in the warehouse
- Study technical offers with maintenance engineer preventive and corrective and review them with purchase requisitions and Clean the backlog of his area according to productivity table rules
